Private sessions are designed specifically for you. The instructor will take into account your needs and goals and will design the right fitness plan. Sessions can include a combination of all of the forms of exercise we offer or can be Pilates only, depending on your unique situation. Instructors are trained to teach clients with injuries, post surgery, pre and post natal, as well as to increase athletic performance.
